I am a freelance translator specialized in Sinhalese-French or French-Sinhalese.
I had already done many translations for various institutes in Tourism industry & for different people in other fields. So often, I have undertaken interpreting works for French businessmen who visit Sri Lankan farms & factories.
My experience with French
I obtained my B.A. Honors degree in 1978 from University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka where I started to learn French for General Arts Qualifications.
I followed French Language courses organized by Cultural Service of French Embassy in Sri Lanka who attributed to me a scholarship to France in 1982 as I was selected as the best student.
I had lived in France while I was a student in three French universities.

I worked as a visiting French lecturer at Alliance Française de Colombo for 34 years. I have taught French Language to students of all the levels (from complete beginners to Diploma) & I have got experience in working with many French nationals.
